A roomier interface, deeper analytics, two-way Salesforce sync, and stronger privacy

featureimprovement

A full day of work across layout, privacy, campaigns, journeys, and CRM sync.

  • Screens now use the full width of your window, so tables breathe and long names stop wrapping onto multiple lines.
  • An event’s detail page is now organized into tabs — Registrations, Agenda, Tickets, Meetings, and Comms — with a shareable link straight to any tab, and Contacts and Accounts show the list and record side by side on a wide screen.
  • Every list screen is now fully operable from the keyboard, closing a real accessibility gap for keyboard-only and screen-reader users.
  • Every contact’s personal information is now sealed under their own encryption key, so a database leak exposes no addresses, and a right-to-be-forgotten erasure destroys that key for good.
  • Your suppression list of blocked addresses can no longer be read back by anyone, including us, while still catching every one of them at send time.
  • The “manage preferences” link in every email is now a durable, reusable link recipients can return to any time, and you can copy a contact’s own link directly from their record.
  • Automatically re-send a campaign with a fresh subject line to everyone who didn’t open it the first time, and see exactly how much the second attempt recovered.
  • Every campaign now runs an instant pre-send check that catches the things that hurt deliverability, with plain-English advice rather than a blocker.
  • Target audiences by real behavior — opened, clicked, registered, attended, or no-showed an event — everywhere segments are used: campaigns, journeys, and follow-ups alike.
  • See exactly where a journey gains or loses people, step by step, compare 2–4 campaigns side by side, and see your open and click rates trending by week.
  • Publish a journey you’ve proven out in the sandbox as a template your whole organization can use.
  • Map your Salesforce fields, including custom ones, to Ahiro in one click, and turn on two-way sync so changes made in Ahiro flow back into your CRM too, without ever risking your CRM’s data.
  • Import up to 250,000 contacts at once, from a CSV or straight from Excel, with a progress bar, safe resume if your connection drops, and a downloadable report on any rows that didn’t make it.
  • Form and survey answers are now encrypted, new email templates ship with an unsubscribe footer built in, and a shared journey template now tells you exactly what to reconnect before it can go live.
