Events

Run the event. Keep the relationship.

Registration, ticketing, agenda, check-in, and follow-up in one product — where every registrant is already a marketing contact, and everything that happens lands on their timeline.

Ticketing and payments

Add price tiers and promo codes and the event page becomes a checkout — free tickets register instantly, paid ones run through Stripe. One-click refunds cancel the registration, and every purchase lands on the timeline with its revenue.

Agenda and QR check-in

Build a multi-session agenda with per-session capacity and waitlists, then check attendees in by scanning a signed QR code. A second scan just says "already checked in" — codes can't be forged or reused across events.

1:1 meetings, no double-books

Give each attendee a personal booking link; the database itself refuses a clashing confirmation, so a slot can never be double-booked. Every request and confirmation lands on the timeline.

Post-event surveys

Turn any published form into a survey attached to the event. Each attendee answers exactly once, responses land on their timeline, and the results feed straight into segments and journeys.

A registration is a contact — not an export job.

In most stacks your events tool and your marketing tool are separate products with a nightly sync between them. In Ahiro they're the same record: register someone and they're a contact from that moment, their check-in on the same timeline as every email they've received. A journey reacts to the whole lifecycle — invited, registered, attended, no-show — natively, with no external sync to babysit.
