Last updated . This policy covers the ahiro.com marketing website and waitlist. It does not govern the Ahiro product service, which is covered by a separate agreement with each customer.
Who we are

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect what you submit: your email address, and optionally your company, the CRM you run, and how you heard about us or who referred you. If you arrive from a link carrying campaign parameters (UTM tags), we record those alongside your submission. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
We use your waitlist information to manage access — to invite you when a batch opens, to prioritise referrals, and to contact you about your invitation. If you opt in, we also send occasional release notes. We do not use it for any other marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it and who sees it
We keep waitlist submissions while the waitlist is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. We share this data only with service providers that help us operate the site and its email (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contract and only for that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or to stop emailing you, at any time — email hello@ahiro.com and we will act on it. Every release-notes email also includes an unsubscribe link.
