Journeys and policies that run themselves, and deeper Salesforce sync

featureimprovement

Automation gets more hands-off, and account-based sync gets a lot more thorough.

  • Journeys now run themselves — active journeys advance automatically every few minutes instead of waiting for someone to check in, with an ops-only pause switch for emergencies.
  • Sunset policies that auto-suppress quiet contacts now apply themselves automatically every day, instead of needing a manual click.
  • Re-assign any lead straight from its record — hand it to a teammate or re-run your routing rules — and see a live feed of every assignment on the Routing screen.
  • Target a specific affiliated account in the segment builder, so you can reach a champion or board member tied to one particular company.
  • Buying-group affiliations — board seats, champions, consulting roles — now sync both ways with Salesforce, and stay correct through account merges and deletes on either side.
  • Deleted or merged Salesforce records stop syncing safely: Ahiro notices, unlinks, and never resurrects a record your CRM deleted.
  • Values Salesforce syncs into your account custom fields are now checked against the field’s type before they’re stored, so a bad value never breaks a segment.
  • Choose which websites can embed your forms and popups with a new allowlist, or run a popup on any third-party site with one script tag, fully isolated from the host page.
  • Popups can now register someone for an event and let them pick sessions, just like landing-page forms already do.
  • Website tracking no longer double-counts a page view or click your visitor’s browser retried.
