Deeper GDPR erasure, and safer concurrent Salesforce syncs

improvement

Two steps toward a platform that’s fully ready to trust with real customer data.

  • Erasing a contact now scrubs their personal data everywhere it could hide — behavioral history, consent records, form submissions, ticket orders, and audit-log details — not just their core profile, while your aggregate analytics stay accurate.
  • Behavioral event history (opens, clicks, page views, purchases) now has a configurable retention window, 24 months by default — report-only at first, so you can review exactly what would age out before anything is actually removed.
  • Only one Salesforce sync runs per workspace at a time. If a second one is triggered while one’s already running, you get an honest “already running” note instead of a race — and a sync that gets interrupted always frees itself cleanly rather than getting stuck.
