- Behavioral event history (opens, clicks, page views, purchases) now has a configurable retention window, 24 months by default — report-only at first, so you can review exactly what would age out before anything is actually removed.
- Only one Salesforce sync runs per workspace at a time. If a second one is triggered while one’s already running, you get an honest “already running” note instead of a race — and a sync that gets interrupted always frees itself cleanly rather than getting stuck.
